This Site provides information about our work related to marketing strategy and building client acquisition systems.
The Site may allow you to contact us or schedule a strategy call.
Important: Using this Site does not create a client relationship. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, scope of work, services agreement, or similar) that both sides accept.

Marketing results depend on many factors we can’t control (market conditions, offer, pricing, competition, sales process, traffic sources, team execution, timing, and more). Because of that:

4) Scheduling Calls + Communications
If you book a call or submit a form, you agree we may contact you using the information you provide (email/phone/text) to respond to your request and manage scheduling.
We may use third-party tools (like scheduling calendars, email providers, CRM systems). Your use of those third-party tools may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14) Severability + Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
